About me
I have worked with strategy, leadership, and digital innovation in a variety of roles — as manager, consultant, product leader, creative, and journalist.
This breadth has given me a practical understanding of how technology, people, and business interact — and how change happens when direction and execution meet.
Today, I run Klik and take on assignments where I can contribute with analysis, structure, and hands-on work close to the business.
Experience & background
I have held leadership roles in international organisations and growth companies. During my time at IKEA, I built and led a global digital communications function in a complex, international environment.
Since then, I have worked across a range of contexts — from large organisations to smaller initiatives — focusing on creating clarity, structure, and momentum in change management and digital innovation. I also collaborate with BSharp in the cybersecurity field, contributing with structure, development, and business-oriented execution.
In recent years, I have worked hands-on with concept and product development in small teams, taking ideas from early stage to working solutions: defining the vision, setting structure, establishing priorities, and leading development in close collaboration with designers and developers.
The combination of strategic direction and operational presence is central to my work.
Leadership & approach
I am driven by developing people before technology. For me, leadership is not a position, but a responsibility to create direction, trust, and engagement.
I thrive in the space between strategy and operational reality. Abstract plans without anchoring rarely create change — but pure operational force without direction does not go far either.
In every assignment, I focus on building trust, creating clarity in mandates and priorities, and contributing to structures that endure over time.
What I engage in
